mid-sem holiday.
Tonight, am going to make chicken soup with ginger...mummy's style ^^ for dinner.
it's actually very easy to cook, and i just love the taste of ginger [[good for our body]]. besides, i miss my mum's cooking,she always cook it at home. so i figure i give a try [[to get a taste of home]] anyway,here's the ingredients...
1. chicken (cut into pieces)
2. ginger (slice)
3. onion (slice)
4. veges (whatever veges)
5. seasoning ( salt, ajinomoto, cjili powder etc)
i bet most of you know how to do this, but here's how i cook it...
1. heat water until boiling (make sure the water is enough for your soup)
2. let the water boil for 2-3 mins, then put in the slice ginger, onion and chicken.let it cook until the chicken becomes tender.
3. put in chili powder (depend on your taste) and seasoning
4. lastly, put in veges. let it cook for 5 min or less. keep the veges crunchy.
5. ready to eat ^^
since it's a bit spicy i put a little bit limau kasturi inside. like it more this way. well, thats about it. very full right now [[but somehow miss my mum even more....sigh]]
